REQUEST TO SUBMIT BID OR PROPOSAL FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR DISTRIBUTION TO 92 FFS PALAYCHECK SITES IN THE BICOL REGION UNDER RICE PROGRAM OF DA RFU 5 AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS (PHP171,718.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT UNDER SECTION 53.9 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR

The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFU 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers/dealers to submit Bid or Proposal for the supply and delivery of various office supplies for use in the 92 Farmer Field School (FFS) Palaycheck sites in the Bicol Region under Rice Program of DA RFU 5 under Rice Program. The agency intends to apply the amount of One Hundred Seventy One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighteen Pesos (Php171,718.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

As per request and manifestation of the requisitioning office thru Mr. Tirso Perlas Assistant Regional GMA Rice program Coordinator and considering the nature of requisition being not more than Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500,000.00) and in order to fast-tract the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such, BONING'S TRADING of Naga City; PAPEL AT PLUMA INC. of Naga City; BOOKSHOP CENTER INC. of Naga City; KAMIL & KERREN AVENUE STORE, Ateneo Avenue, Naga City and JEB TRADING, Naga City are hereby requested to submit Letter of Intent, Mayor's Permit, DTI & BIR Registration and payment for Php 500.00 Annual Accreditation fee and Php 500.00 for bid documents. Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, Legal Office, DA RFU 5 not later than 1:30 in the afternoon of May 07, 2012 at DA Conference Room, DA RFU V, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of proposal will be on the same date and time
