In view thereof, you are hereby notified that the contract/P.O. relative thereto is awarded in your favor subject to the execution of a formal document approved by the proper higher authorities in accordance with pertinent laws, rules and regulations. It is understood however that failure in your part to enter into a contract/P.O. with the Department of Agriculture within a period of ten (10) calendar days from receipt hereof shall be considered as sufficient ground for the forfeiture of your right to enter into such contract/P.O. with said office.
