Pursuant to Pre-bid Conference held today as attended by three (3) prospective bidders, the Committee in accordance with Sections 17.2 in relation to Section 22.5, RA 9184, and its Revised IRR, the following are hereby made as amendment and/or additional specifications/requirements of the contract as follows:
1. All shirts must be of cotton fabric;
2. Required Sizes for White Round-neck:

Extra Large (XL) - 1,000 pieces
Large (L) - 2,000 pieces
Medium (M) - 2,000 pieces
Small (S) - 1,420 pieces
TOTAL - 6,420 pieces

3. Colored Round-neck: Sky Blue
4. Required Sizes for Colored (Sky Blue) Shirts:

Large (L) - 40 pieces
Medium (M) - 50 pieces
Small (S) - 44 pieces
TOTAL - 134 pieces

5. Prescribed LOGO shall be furnished in print following this Bid Bulletin.

6. Accompanying this Bid Bulletin is the revised Bid Offer Form to conform to the above specifications.

All provisions in the published bid notice, instructions to bidders and other pertinent bid documents are hereby amended or modified accordingly. Let the BAC Secretariat serve copies to prospective bidders, especially those which purchased bidding documents and post a copy of this Bulletin in the agency website.
