NOTICE OF PARTIAL FAILURE
(Supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of various agricultural equipment under 2018 Organic Agriculture Program)

In view of the scheduled bid conference last February 19, 2018, no bid was received for Lot 1- Supply, delivery, & installation of six (6) units Solar Irrigation System, while there were bidders for Lot 2 & 3, as such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared partial FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the second bidding for Lot 1 -Supply, delivery, & installation of six (6) units Solar Irrigation System without delay in the interest of service.
