                                1 in DA Research Outreach Station (ROS) Sorsogon – Cabid an, Sorsogon City
                                1 in DA Research Outreach Station (ROS) Masbate – Asid, Masbate City

Professional Fee:             P20,179.00 (Salary Grade 11)


 Scope of Work

The IT Staff based in DA RFO 5 will be directly reporting to the SAAD Focal Person.  Other IT Staff based on the different ROS will be directly reporting to the superintendents of their respective ROS but may be called for special instructions and directives of the Focal Person as needed.

More specifically the IT Staff will assist the Regional/Provincial Program Management Office (RPMO/PPMO) in the conduct of the following activities:

  1. Assist the program/area coordinators/superintendents/APCOs in the validation/geo tagging of SAAD beneficiaries;
  2. Receives/consolidate and process/analyze information of target beneficiaries including mapping out location of the beneficiaries prescribed by the SAAD program;
  3. In charge of the maintenance of softwares and hardwares of IT equipment of the SAAD office;
  4. Assist in the maintenance of records, files and documents of the RPMO/PPMO;
  5. Assist in the conduct of SAAD activities (trainings, workshops, meetings, etc); and
  6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  1. At least bachelors degree in Computer, IT, Communications or other related courses;
  2. Basic computer knowledge and skills in computer operations– geo tagging, mapping, etc;

Other Conditions

  1. The engagement will be for a period of three (3) months (probationary)
  2. Renewal of contract will be subject to performance evaluation

The Professional Fee/contract will be exclusive of travelling, accommodations, meeting/workshop costs, and other expenses that may be incurred in the performance of duties/responsibilities
