𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙐𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎 to DA Bicol headed by Regional Executive Director Rodel P. Tornilla for garnering Rank 1 in the first semester Budget Obligation in support to the achievement of the objectives and goals of the Farm & Fisheries Clustering and Consolidation (F2C2) Program.

DA Bicol has already organized 132 clusters, consisting of rice (25 clusters); corn/cassava (62); high value crops (32); livestock (13) with a total of over 29,449 hectares clustered areas being cultivated by 34,306 farmers actively engaged in their commodity clusters.

The award was received by Marilene M. Dimaculangan, F2C2 Focal Person of DA Bicol, together with Karren Belen and Jessa Almorfe on June 24, 2025 at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
