𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The Department of Agriculture (DA) Bicol joins the nationwide celebration of the DA’s 127th Founding Anniversary during today’s flag ceremony, carrying the theme “Kaisa ng Magsasaka’t Mangingisda, Tungo sa Masaganang Bagong Pilipinas.”

One of the highlights of the celebration was the awarding of certificates of commendation to selected employees for their invaluable assistance in public service to the DA RFO 5, and the recognition of excellence in ISO implementation which reflects the agency’s continued drive for efficiency and service improvement. To add more color to the event, 12 employees wearing Filipiniana and Barong Tagalog were likewise awarded. Several personnel also showcased their talents through singing and dancing performances.

Established on June 23, 1898, the Department of Agriculture continues to play a vital role in supporting farmers and fisherfolk through its programs, investments, and policy frameworks that drive growth, sustainability, and resilience in the sector.
