REQUEST TO SUBMIT BEST AND FINAL OFFER PURSUANT TO NEGOTIATED CONTRACT UNDER SECTION 53.5 (AGENCY TO AGENCY), RA 9184 AND THE REVISED IRR

(Food and Accommodation for the conduct of Midyear Agricultural Mechanization and Performance Assessment Workshop on July 16-20, 2018)

Pursuant to Section 53.5 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby cordially invites  PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAMARINES SUR/VILLA DEL REY,  Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur  with known specific experience/contract by this agency for a conference for the purpose of negotiated contract pertaining to Food and Accommodation for the conduct of Midyear Agricultural Mechanization and Infrastructure Performance Assessment Workshop on July 16-20, 2018 in Camarines Sur with a  total approved budget for the contract in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (PHP457,200.00).

Therefore, to hasten the implementation of the project, PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAMARINES SUR/VILLA DEL REY Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur is hereby requested to submit its BEST AND FINAL OFFER for the project not later than 1:30PM of July 09, 2018, and must be accompanied by the following documents, to wit:

  1. PEZA
  2. BIR Registration
  3. Bid offer

Opening of submitted BEST AND FINAL OFFER will be at 1:30 in the Afternoon of 09 July 2018, DA Library, Research Quadrangle, DA RFO 5, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur, this agency. All submitted documents must be in duplicate,
