The public, whether an individual, group or organization, is invited to submit to DA-Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA-RFO 5) any derogatory report or information for San Antonio Farmers Irrigators Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SAFIMCO) with office address at San Antonio, Buhi, Camarines Sur, which is applying for DA Civil Society Organization (CSO) Accreditation to implement programs/projects using government/public funds.

The SAFIMCO was registered under Cooperative Development Authority with Registration No. 9520-05012507 dated January 6, 1992, by the following Board of Directors and is currently headed by Ronnie V. Valle, BOD Chairperson, with its General Manager Simeon S. Molina:
