(2nd INVITATION) REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT PADDY SEED CLEANER FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 2018 RICE PROGRAM AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP85,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.

The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid quotation for supply and delivery of one (1) unit Paddy Seed Cleaner for the implementation of 2018 Rice Program. The agency intends to apply the amount of Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 85,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

As per approved Purchase Request and  considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00)  and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such, AIMS AGRI VENTURES, Balatas Road, Naga City; VILUFRA AGRI SOLUTIONS, Baragay Fabrica, San Vicente, Camarines Sur; GRJC INDUSTRIAL MACHINERIES, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur and any other interested/qualified suppliers are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

  1. PhilGEPS Registration
  1. Mayor’s Permit
  2. BIR Registration
  3. Picture/Brochure
  4. AMTEC Test Result

The bidders are required to pay Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur.  All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the Morning  of 12 February 2019 at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
