NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
December 6, 2018
Please be advised that the scheduled Pre-bidding on December 7 and Bidding Conference to be held on December 17 and 19, 2018 respectively, will be cancelled. As per information from the end-user, the fund for these projects will not be released, hence, cancellation of its procurement process. The following are the cancelled projects:
- Supply and Delivery of Item I –Twenty Five (25) units Mechanical Rice Transplanter and Item II –One Hundred (100) units Hand Tractor under 2018 Rice Program
- Supply and Delivery of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred (9,800) bags of Hybrid Rice Seeds under 2018 Rice Program
- Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Eighteen (18) units Recirculating Mechanical Dryer under 2018 Rice Program
- Labor and Materials for the Construction of Item I-Seven (7) units Seed Storage Building (360 sq.m) and Item II -Ten (10) units Ricemill Building (63 sq.m) under 2018 Rice Program,
- Supply and Delivery of Fifteen (15) units Rice Combine Harvester under 2018 Rice Program
- Supply & delivery of twenty (20) units Rice Combine Harvester for implementation under 2018 Rice Program
- Supply and Delivery of Seventy (70) units Palay Thresher with Blower, Thirty (30) units Palay Thresher with Fan Blower and Winnower and Ten (10) units Single Pass Rice Mill (With Installation & Testing) for implementation under 2018 Rice Program
- Supply and Delivery of One Hundred (100) units Pump and Engine Set (STW) and One Hundred (100) units Pump Irrigation System from Open Source (PISOS) for implementation under 2018 Rice Program
- Supply & delivery of one (1) unit Drilling Rig with Complete Tools, Equipment and Accessories for implementation under 2018 Rice Program
The Secretariat is hereby directed to inform all prospective bidders for the concerned projects and post a copy of the same in PhilGeps, designated Bid Bulletin Board and in the agency website.
