(Lot 3) Training Kits/ Supplies for the conduct of FY 2019 National First Quarter Assessment of Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program at Sorsogon City

Pursuant to Section 53.1 of RA 9184 and its revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby invites suppliers/dealers for a Conference for the purpose of Negotiated Procurement pertaining to the above named project as per attached pertinent documents for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Fifty One Thousand Pesos (Php51,000.00).
In order to facilitate the implementation of the project, Agro Industriya Trading, RFK Gen. Mdse and Karen Merchanidse are hereby requested to submit their BEST AND FINAL OFFER together with the following attachments:
- Mayor’s Permit
- DTI Registration
- Tax Clearance Certificate (for bidding purposes)
- Philgeps Registration
- Income/Business Tax Return
- Omnibus Sworn Statement
Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat not later than 9:00 in the morningof January 29, 2019 at BAC Secretariat Office, DA RFO V, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of proposal will be on the same date, 9:30AM at DA Library, DA RFO V, Pili, Camarines Sur.
All bid specifications and conditions of the project shall apply. All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.
