NOTICE TO CONDUCT REPEAT ORDER

The Department of Agriculture, Regional Office No. 5 through BAC  Resolution No. 1503-803 is procuring an additional  six (6)  units Hand Tractor and five (5) units Pump Irrigation System from Open Source (PISOS) for  distribution to HVCDP Farmer Beneficiaries under High Value  Crops Development Program (HVCDP) through Repeat Order from the original procurement of 24 units   Hand Tractor and 20 units Pump Irrigation System from Open source (PISOS)  which was awarded to  SUPER TRADE ENTERPRISES  with office address at  937-A-EDSA, Philam Homes 1, Quezon City.  The Contract was executed in March 19, 2018,  thereafter  Notice to Proceed (NTP) was issued on March 21, 2018. The original amount of the contract was Five  Million  Five Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Seventy Two Pesos (Php.5,595,072.00).

The Repeat Order shall be:

The Repeat Order for the previous contract shall be governed by the RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

The Department of Agriculture Region 5 shall in no case be held responsible or liable for any and all costs associated in the implementation of the Repeat Order of its result.
