                In view of the deadline for submission of bids and the scheduled bid opening conference today, no bid was received for the Supply and Delivery of 1 unit Portable Drone Fly More with Accessories for the Implementation of Field Operations Division (FOD) despite direct invitation, service of notice and required posting.

            As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a), RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the opening of the proposal for the above project is hereby declared a FAILURE.
