REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRAINING SUPPLIES FOR THE CONDUCT OF VARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF I-REAP COMPONENT FOR C/Y 2018 UNDER PHILIPPINE RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AT ESTIMATED PROJECT COST AMOUNTING TO THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP37,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 (B) UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.
The Philippine Rural Development Project thru the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers/dealers to submit Quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Training Supplies for the Conduct of Various Activities of I-REAP Component for C/Y 2018 under Philippine Rural Development Program (PRDP). The Project intends to apply the amount of Thirty Seven Thousand Pesos (Php37, 000.00) as the Estimated Project Cost.
As such, Agro Industriya Trading, Daet, Camarines Norte; Boning’s Trading, Naga City; and 3GX Computers and IT Solution, Naga City are hereby requested to submit quotation with the following requirements and payment of P500 for bid documents:
- Philgeps Registration
- Mayor’s Permit
- DTI or SEC Registration
- BIR Registration
- Brochure
Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the morning of 10 August 2018 at DA Library, DA RFO-V, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time. All submitted documents must be in duplicate otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with prescribed bid requirement.
