- Supply and Delivery of One Thousand One Hundred Twenty Six (1,126) heads of Native Does under 2018 SAAD-Livestock and Poultry Program

Pursuant to the bid opening conference held today, despite conduct of required publication and posting of the invitation to bid, this Committee received no bids for the above contracts under requisition.
As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contracts is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to return the said Purchase Request to end-user & post this bulletin to PhilGEPS and DA Website. .
