NOTICE OF PARTIAL FAILURE

(Meals and Accommodation , Van Rental and Training Supplies and Other Materials for use during the conduct of capacity trainings for Laboratory Personnel, Agricultural Extension Workers, Farmers and Other Stakeholders under Integrated Laboratories Division)

In view of the scheduled bid conference today, no bid was received for Lot 3-Meals & Accommodation in Masbate and 4- Van Rental, while there were bidders for Lot 1,2 & 5, as such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared partial FAILURE.

The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the second bidding for Lot 3- Meals and Accommodation in Masbate (1 Activity) and Lot 4 Van Rental without delay in the interest of service.
