NOTICE OF FAILURE
(2nd Invitation for the (Lot 3) Meals and Accommodation in Masbate & (Lot 4) Van Rental for use during the conduct of capacity trainings for Laboratory Personnel, Agricultural Extension Workers, Farmers and Other Stakeholders under Integrated Laboratories Division)

Pursuant to the bid opening conference held today, despite conduct of required publication and posting of the invitation to bid, there was no bidder for Lot 3 and only one (1) bidder submitted its bid proposal for Lot 4, however, for the latter it was declared ineligible for failure to comply the required bidding documents, particularly the SLCC and List of on-going project, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to continue with the procurement under Negotiated Procurement & post this bulletin to PhilGEPS and DA Website.
