NOTICE OF FAILURE
(2nd ITB for the Supply and Delivery of 5,876 heads Range/ Native Chicken and 3,380 heads Mallard Ducks under 2018 SAAD-Livestock and Poultry Program)

Pursuant to the bid conference held today for the abovementioned project, no bid was received. As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate Negotiated Procurement due to two failed bidding without delay in the interest of service.
