LEGAZPI CITY – DA Bicol Regional Executive Director Rodel P. Tornilla attended the Regional Development Council (RDC) Special Full Council Meeting at the RDC Hall of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) office on August 18, 2022.

The RDC is the highest policy-making body in the region and is the primary institution that coordinates and sets the direction of all physical, economic, and social development efforts in the region.
