KADIWA NG PANGULO held its second market day at the PALESTINA, Pili, Covered Court on March 30.
The P25.00/kilo rice from NFA was on sale again including lots of vegetables and fruits from Bicolano farmers and entrepreneurs.
Among the exhibitors /supplies were: The Bicol Federation of Dairy Cooperatives; Bikolanas Agriculture Cooperative; Planza HVC Planters Association; Cam. Sur Multipurpose Cooperative; Agripreneur Farmers and Producers Association, Inc.; Pili Vegetable Growers Association; The Agri Planters and Food Processors Assn.; Sto Nino Pili Vegetable Growers Association; RIC of Sagrada Pili – all Kadiwa suppliers.
Two partner FCAs also participated, namely: SagmoReyan Communal Irrigators Assn., Inc. and Rural AgriBased Entrepreneurs Corporation. The MCF Agro Ventures also participated.
The Cam. Sur Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CSCCI); National Food Authority (NFA); Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) also put up their selling booths.
The exhibitors garnered a total sales of P209,907 during the one-day Kadiwa ng Pangulo.
