INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED CONTRACT DUE TO TWO FAILED BIDDINGS

 

(Lot 3– Food & Accommodation in Masbate and Lot 4– Van Rental for use during the conduct of capacity trainings for Laboratory Personnel, Agricultural Extension Workers, Farmers and Other Stakeholders under Integrated Laboratories Division)

Pursuant to Section 53.1 of RA 9184 and its revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby invites suppliers/dealers for a Conference for the purpose of Negotiated Procurement pertaining to the above named project as per attached pertinent documents for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Lot 3- Seventy Two Thousand Pesos (Php72,000.00) and  Lot 4- One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00), respectively.

During the Conference, the Bids and Awards Committee will entertain questions and address concerns which may be raised relative to the contract.

Please send your authorized representative on October 05, 2018 at 9:30 in the morning at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.
