2nd ITB for the Supply and Delivery of Two Hundred (200) bags of Inbred Seeds under 2018 Rice Program

In view of the scheduled bid conference for the abovementioned project, no bid was received. As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to continue with the procurement under Negotiated Procurement & post this bulletin to PhilGEPS, DA Website and conspicuous places inside the Agency.
