REQUEST TO SUBMIT BID OR PROPOSAL FOR THE LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE LOT 1 – REPAIR/REHABILITATION OF CHUDS AGROMET BUILDING AND LOT 2- CONSTRUCTION OF POWER HOUSE AT CHUDS, VIRAC, CATANDUANES AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP530,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT UNDER SECTION 53.9 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.

The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office No. V (DA-RFO V), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting qualified contractors to submit complete bid proposal for the Labor and Materials for the:

PARTICULAR ABC
LOT 1- Repair /Rehabilitation of CHUDS Agromet Building ₱ 330,000.00
LOT 2- Construction of Power House at CHUDS, Virac, Catanduanes ₱ 200,000.00

The agency intends to apply the amount of Five Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (Php530,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

As per approved Purchase Request and  considering the nature of requisition being not more than One Million Pesos (Php1,000,000.00)  and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such, MTJ CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY; Poblacion, Camalig Albay; MAGDA CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY, 2/F PVLB Bldg. 4. Peñaranda St., Oro-Site, Legazpi City; HDB CONSTRUCTION, Concepcion Grande, Naga City, and Any other Interested Bidders are hereby requested to submit the following documents.

  1. Income Tax Return, BIR Registration
  2. Mayor’s Permit
  3. PhilGEPS Registration
  4. Omnibus Sworn Statement
  5. DTI Registration or SEC Registration
  6. PCAB License

The bidders are required to pay Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA-RFO V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.  All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA-RFO V not later than 1:30 in the afternoon of October 22, 2018 at BAC Secretariat Office DA-RFO V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of proposal will be on the same date and time.
