REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OTHER SUPPLIES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CPAR PROJECT ON RICE, GABI AND SILI IN TUMPA, CAMALIG ALBAY  AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (PHP84,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.
The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid quotation for supply and delivery of other supplies for the implementation of CPAR Project on Rice, Gabi and Sili in Tumpa, Camalig Albay. The agency intends to apply the amount of Eighty Four Thousand Pesos             (Php 84,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

As per approved Purchase Request and  considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00)  and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such, RFK GENERAL MERCHANDISE, Old San Roque, Pili, Camarines Sur; RNM AGRO INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY AND GEN. MSDE., Zabla St. Daet Camarines Norte ; MOST RELIABLE METAL INDUSTRIES, Door G, Maharlika Hi-way, Benmar Bldg. II, Brgy. Concepcion Grande, Naga City, and any other interested/qualified suppliers are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

  1. PhilGEPS Registration
  2. Mayor’s Permit
  3. BIR Registration
  4. Picture/Brochure of product being offered

The bidders are required to pay Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur.  All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 1:30 in the Afternoon of  22 October 2018 at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
