REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR BUS RENTAL FOR USE DURING 14TH PHILIPPINE CORN CONGRESS (PNCC) IN CONJUCTION WITH THE 6TH NATIONAL QUALITY CORN ACHIEVERS AWARD 2018, THE 2ND CORNUCOPIA AWARDS AND THE 2ND CASSAVA CLUSTER MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE AWARD (CCMEA)  AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP60,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.

The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid quotation for Bus rental for use during the conduct of 14th Philippine Corn Congress (PNCC) in Conjuction with the 6th National Quality Corn Achievers Award 2018, the 2nd Cornucopia Awards and the 2nd Cassava Cluster Management Excellence Awards (CCMEA). The agency intends to apply the amount of Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 60,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

As per approved Purchase Request and  considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00)  and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such, TIERRA DE IBALON TOURS, Ninoy Aquino Ave. Barangay Triangulo, Naga City; DIOSA KOBI TRAVEL AND TOURS, San Agustin Pili, Camarines Sur; BENMAR TRANSPORT EXPRESS, Ibarra St. Sagmin, Legazpi City and any other interested/qualified suppliers are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

  1. PhilGEPS Registration
  1. Mayor’s Permit
  2. BIR Registration

The bidders are required to pay Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur.  All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 1:30 in the Afternoon of  29 October 2018 at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
