- Supply & Delivery of (Lot 1) –Rice, Corn Seeds and Assorted Vegetables; (Lot 2) – Various Fertilizers and (Lot 3) Assorted Garden Tools, Mulching Film & Tunneling Film for distribution to the recipients / cooperators of the Organic Agriculture Program
- Supply and Delivery of One (1) units Multi Purpose Dryer and Three (3) units Vermi Tea Brewer (w/ testing) for distribution to the recipients / cooperators under 2019 Organic Agriculture Program

Pursuant to the bid opening conference held today, despite conduct of required publication and posting of the invitation to bid, this Committee received no bids for the above named contracts under requisition.
As such, pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above named contracts is hereby declared a FAILURE.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the second bidding & post this bulletin to PhilGEPS and DA Website.
