NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
- Supply and Delivery of 29,050 bags Urea Fertilizer, 29,050 bags Complete Fertilizer and 63,500 kgs. Zinc Sulfate under 2019 Rice Program
- Supply and Delivery of Forty Seven Thousand Three Hundred (47,300) bags of Certified Palay Seeds under 2019 Rice Program

In view of the abovementioned projects, please be advised that the scheduled Pre-bidding and Bidding Conference to be held on November 19, 2018 and December 3, 2018 respectively, will be cancelled since the conduct of procurement activities is not within the established authority of the Regional Office.
The Secretariat is hereby directed to inform all prospective bidders for the concerned projects and post a copy of the same in PhilGeps, designated Bid Bulletin Board and in the agency website.
