REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CACAO SEEDS AND CACAO GRAFTED SEEDLINGS FOR USE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CACAO SCION GROVE UNDER CACAO UPSCALING PROJECT AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (PHP78,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR

The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid quotation for the supply and delivery of Cacao seeds and Cacao Grafted seedlings for use in the establishment of Cacao Scion Grove under Cacao Upscaling Project. The agency intends to apply the amount of Seventy Eight Thousand Pesos (Php78,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

As per approved Purchase Request and  considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00)  and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such,GG BUENA AGUA AGRI ENTERPRISES, Naga City; GARDEN RAW PLANT NURSERY, Naga City; and GMG AGRI-FARM PRODUCT, Tanauan City, Batangas,  are hereby requested to submit the following documents

  1. PhilGEPS Registration
  2. Mayor’s Permit
  3. BIR Registration

The bidders are required to pay Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur.  All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the Morning of 28 November  2018 at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-V, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
