SUPPLEMENTAL BID BULLETIN No. 1

Provision of Security Services for 12 Months (January to December 2019) at DA RFO 5 and DA Stations

November 29, 2018

 

Based on the pre-bidding conference conducted today, the BAC agreed on the following:

 

• The ABC which amount to Php7.4M is inclusive of all mandatories and 20% admin cost in compliance with the wage order and in consideration of the new ceiling wage rate (Wage Order No. RBV-19, “The New Minimum Wage Rate to Private Sector Workers in the Bicol Region,” effected last September 2018) as well as the second tranche of RBV-19 to be effected May 2019 and onwards.

 

• The bidder may present two computations for the two wage brackets in accordance with the minimum wage rate for the specified period.

 

• For technical requirements for Certification of Good Standing (CGS), bidders whose operation are region-based may present CGS issued by the Regional Security Unit (RSU) in their regions while those bidders whose operation are nationwide, the CGS should be issued by Camp Crame.

 

The Secretariat is hereby directed to inform all prospective bidders for the concerned project and post a copy of the same in the designated Bid Bulletin Board and in the agency website.
