Supply & delivery of Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Three (3,453) bags Upland/ Rainfed Rice Seeds under 2019 SAAD Program

              Pursuant to Section 53.1 of RA 9184 and its revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby invites suppliers/dealers for a Conference for the purpose of Negotiated Procurement pertaining to the above named project as per attached pertinent documents for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Five Million Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 5,248,560.00).

              In order to facilitate the implementation of the project, E.V Ayo Enterprises, Bicol Seed Growers MPC, Albay Seed Producers Coop and all interested bidder/supplier are hereby requested to submit their BEST AND FINAL OFFER together with the following attachments:

  1. Mayor’s Permit
  2. DTI Registration
  3. Tax Clearance Certificate (for bidding purposes)
  4. Philgeps Registration
  5. Income/Business Tax Return
  6. Omnibus Sworn Statement
  7. BPI Certificate of Accreditation whether supplier or seedgrower
  8. NSIC Certificate of the variety offered

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat not later than 9:00 in the morning of March 12, 2019 at BAC Secretariat Office, DA RFO V, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of proposal will be on the same date, 9:30AM at 3rd Floor, Training Hall, Operations Bldg., DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.

All bid specifications and conditions of the project shall apply. All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.
