(2ND INVITATION) REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) UNIT CANOPY FOR FORD RANGER VEHICLE AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS(PHP100,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.

             The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid quotation for supply and installation of one (1) unit Canopy for Ford Ranger Vehicle. The agency intends to apply the amount of One Hundred Thousand  Pesos (Php100,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

As per approved Purchase Request and  considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00)and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such, CARRYBOY PHILIPPINE, CORP., D. Tuazon St. Quezon City; C. BROS, Diversion Road, Barangay Triangulo, Naga City; JOEL TIRE CAR CHECK CENTER, Diversion Road, Concepcion, Pequena, Naga City and any other interested/qualified suppliers are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

  1. PhilGEPS Registration
  2. 2019 Mayor’s Permit
  3. BIR Registration

The bidders are required to pay Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur.  All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the Morning of  07 March 2019 at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
