NOTICE OF PARTIAL FAILURE (Supply and delivery of item 1. Three (3) units Shredder Machine for implementation under 2019 NOAP

In view of the scheduled bid opening last October 22, 2018 at 9:30 AM for the above named project, five (5) bidders submitted their proposal. However, they were all declared ineligible for not complying the required documents, particularly the required specification and service center. Pursuant to Section 35.1 (a) RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared partial FAILURE.

The secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the second bidding without delay in the interest of service.
