NOTICE TO CONDUCT REPEAT ORDER
June 21, 2018

 

The Department of Agriculture Regional Office No.5 through BAC Resolution No. 1601-931 is conducting a Repeat Order for the Procurement of 300 packs S6003/ NK 5017 and 300 packs Bigante Plus under 2018 Rice Program that was awarded to Jedeco Trading Corporation with office Address at 16 Del Pilar St., Barangay III, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.  The Contract Agreement between The Department of Agriculture Regional Office No. 5 and Jedeco Trading Corp. was executed on March 23, 2018. The Notice to Proceed (NTP) was made on April 2, 2018: The original amount of the contract was Eleven Million Nine Hundred fifty Two Thousand Pesos (Php11, 952,000.00).

The Repeat Order shall be:

Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat not later than 9:30 in the morning of June 27, 2018 at DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of proposal will be on the same date and time.

The repeat order for the previous contract shall be governed by the RA 9184 and its Implementing rules and Regulations.

The Department of Agriculture, Region 5 shall in no case be held responsible or liable for any and all costs associated in the implementation of the Repeat Order of its result
