Please be advised that the scheduled opening of proposal for the above mentioned project on November 13, 2019; 9:30AM is hereby reset on November 18, 2019; 9:30AM at 3rd Floor, Training Hall, Operations Bldg, DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. This is due to the absence of quorum in which most members of the committee are on official travel.
The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the immediate posting of the notice of resetting without any delay in the interest of service and serve a copy of the same to the prospective bidders.
