NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
(Labor and Materials for the DPD Office Renovation at DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur)

In view of the scheduled bid opening today, for the abovementioned project, the Mode of Procurement should be Small Value Procurement and not shopping because it is an Infrastructure Project. As such, pursuant to RA 9184 and the Revised IRR, the bidding for the above contract is hereby declared CANCELLED.

The Secretariat is therefore directed to facilitate the bidding without delay in the interest of service.
