Dear Sir/Madame:
Please be informed that the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of this Agency has resolved to declare you post-disqualified for the above mentioned project in which you are declared as the lowest calculated bidder during the bid opening last May 09, 2018 at 9:30AM at DA Library.
Based on the findings and report of the BAC- Technical Working Group (TWG) no AMTEC Test Report was submitted.
Hence, based on abovementioned findings and due to the materiality of the same, we regret to inform you that GRJC Agri Industrial Machineries was thereby declared post-disqualified forSupply and delivery of six (6) units Palay Thresher under YRRP.
