REQUEST TO SUBMIT BEST AND FINAL OFFER DUE TO TWO FAILED BIDDINGS UNDER NEGOTIATED CONTRACT
(Supply and delivery of fifteen (15) units Palay Thresher under 2018 SAAD Program)

Pursuant to Section 53.1 of RA 9184 and its revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby invites suppliers/dealers for a Conference for the purpose of Negotiated Procurement pertaining to the above named project as per attached pertinent documents for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to One Million and Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php1, 050,000.00).
In order to facilitate the implementation of the project, Vilufra Agri Solutons, GRJC Agri Industrial Machineries, and AIMS Agri Ventures, Inc. are hereby requested to submit their BEST AND FINAL OFFER together with the following attachments:
- Mayor’s Permit
- DTI Registration
- Tax Clearance Certificate (for bidding purposes)
- Philgeps Registration
- Income/Business Tax Return
- Omnibus Sworn Statement
Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat not later than 1:00 in the afternoon of July 23, 2018 at BAC Secretariat Office, DA RFO V, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of proposal will be on the same date, 1:30PM at DA Library, DA RFO V, Pili, Camarines Sur.
All bid specifications and conditions of the project shall apply. All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.
