Pursuant to the pre-bidding conference held today, the committee agreed on the following:
A. The Submission of Bids of the above projects is reset to April 16, 2019; 9:00AM at BAC Office, after which, bid opening will follow at 9:30 AM at 3rd Floor Training Hall, Operations Building, DA RFO 5.
B. Changes in the specification are the following:
