Pursuant to the pre-bidding conference held today, the committee agreed on the following:
- Food and Accommodation for the Conduct of Workshop on the Presentation of the Draft RAFMPs on August 6-10, 2018 in Naga City
-Approved unit Cost is Php1,200.00 /pax instead of Php1,500.00/ pax , hence Approved Budget for the Contract is reduced from Php1,102,500.00 to Php882,000.00.
- Supply & Delivery of (Lot 3) Various Fertilizers and (Lot 4) Various Agricultural Supplies under 2018 Rice Program (FFS)
– For Lot 3, particularly 400 bags Organic Fertilizers, the supplier should be a holder of
a)BAFPS (Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards) Product Registration and
- b) BAFS (Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standard) Certificate
The Secretariat is hereby directed to inform all prospective bidders for the concerned project and post a copy of the same in the designated Bid Bulletin Board and in the agency website.
