REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTER SUPPLIES AND ACCESSORIES FOR USE AT ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCE DIVISION, ACCOUNTING SECTION AND PROCUREMENT UNIT AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE PESOS (PHP194,783.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.
The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Computer Supplies and Accessories for use at Administrative and Finance Division, Accounting Section and Procurement Unit. The agency intends to apply the amount of One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Three Pesos (Php194,783.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract. Partial Bid is allowed.
As per approved Purchase Request and considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00) and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.
As such, BONING’S TRADING, General Luna Street, Dinaga, Naga City; 3GX COMPUTERS & I.T. SOLUTIONS TECHNOSHOP, Elias Angeles St., Dinaga, Naga City, and RFK GENERAL MERCHANDISE, San Vicente, Pili, Camarines Sur, are hereby requested to submit the following documents:
- Mayor’s Permit
- PhilGEPS Registration
- BIR Registration
The bidders are required to pay the non-refundable amount Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur. All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.
Sealed quotation must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the morning of 05 December 2018 at DA Library, DA RFO 5, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
