DA Bicol Regional Executive Director Rodel P. Tornilla sends off the Typhoon Odette Relief Assistance Operation to DA employees of Regions 7 and 8 consisting of five truckloads of various assistance from the DA employees and management of the DA RFO 5. The relief assistance consisted of milled rice, certified rice seeds, laminated sacks, noodles, mineral water and canned sardines from the BFAR Region 5.

The said relief operations for “Odette’ victims ” were led by Lovella P. Guarin, president of the Department of Agriculture Employees Association (DAEA)- Bicol Chapter.
