Come and visit the FOOD AS MEDICINE: Healthy Food, Healthy Lifestyle EXHIBITS at the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) along Panganiban Drive, Naga City from April 27 to 28, 2024.

Exhibits will be open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Avail of organic products from Organic Agriculture certified farmers invited by the DA-Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD) such as the Pecuaria Development Cooperative selling organic pink rice, black rice and red rice. Mauswag Agri Venture selling malunggay powder; The AgriPlanters and Food Processors Association of Tigaon (TAPFPAT) offering organic fruits, vegetables and rootcrops; POCAMPROFA selling muscovado sugar; Joross Farm with their organic products.

Other exhibitors include Badlis Farm; Mikeliz Integrated Farm; Manuel’s Garden; Crave Cacao; Deloverges Agri-farm selling gabi leaves and the CBSUA.

For farmers who are not yet registered in the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA), they can grab the opportunity to get RSBSA forms and be assisted at the RSBSA booth. Likewise, information materials on crops production, rabbit raising and organic agriculture are available at the DA RFO 5 booth.

The Food as Medicine forum and exhibition was spearheaded by the Ateneo De Naga High School Batch ’74 in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture RFO 5, NIA, the Agricultural Training Institute, the Camarines Sur Medical Society, and the Camarines Sur Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
