REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR FOOD & ACCOMMODATION AND TRAINING SUPPLIES FOR THE CONDUCT OF VARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF I-REAP COMPONENT FOR C/Y 2018 UNDER PHILIPPINE RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PRDP), (LOT 1- CAMARINES SUR/ PHP127,000.00, LOT 2- ALBAY/ PHP763,000.00, LOT 3- CAMARINES NORTE/ PHP56,000.00, LOT 4- MASBATE/ PHP168,000.00 & LOT 5- TRAINING SUPPLIES/ PHP37,000.00) AT ESTIMATED PROJECT COST AMOUNTING TO ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP1,151,000.00).

The Philippine Rural Development Project thru the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers/dealers to submit Quotation for Food and Accommodation for the Conduct of Various Activities of I-REAP Component for C/Y 2018 under Philippine Rural Development Program (PRDP). The Project intends to apply the amount of One Million One Hundred Fifty One Thousand Pesos (Php1, 151,000.00) as the Estimated Project Cost.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the morning of 08 June 2018 at DA Library, DA RFO-V, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time. All submitted documents must be in duplicate otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with prescribed bid requirement.
