The Philippine Rural Development Project thru the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers/dealers to submit quotation for Food and Accommodation for the conduct of Orientation on the Administrative Guidelines for PRDP Implementation on September 3-4, 2018 in Naga City. The Project intends to apply the amount of Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (Php85,000.0.00) as the Estimated Project Cost.
As such,ROBIEDO INC.(VILLA CACERES HOTEL) ,Magsaysay Avenue Naga City; STARVIEW HOTEL, Angeles St. Barangay Sta. Cruz Naga City; and AVENUE PLAZA HOTEL, Magsaysay Avenue Barangay Balatas are hereby requested to submit the following requirements and payment of P500.00 for bid documents:
- PhilGEPS Registration
- Mayor’s Permit
- DTI or SEC Registration
- BIR Registration
- MENU/Brochure
Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the Morning of 29 August 2018 at DA Library, DA RFO-V, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time. All submitted documents must be in duplicate otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with prescribed bid requirement.
