REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF 30TH AGENCY R&D/E PRE-IN-HOUSE REVIEW ON AUGUST 14-15, 2018 IN DAET, CAMARINES NORTE  AT APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 175,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.

The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid quotation for Food and Accommodation for the conduct of 30th Agency R&D/E Pre-In-House-Review on August 14-15, 2018 in Daet Camarines Norte. The agency intends to apply the amount of One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php 175,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.

As per approved Purchase Request and  considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00)  and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.

As such,TIN-TIN APARTELLE, Vivencio Street, Barangay II, Daet, Camarines Norte; WILTAN HOTEL, Vinzons Avenue, Daet, Daet, Camarines Norte; and VILLA MILA HOTEL AND GARDEN RESORT, Barangay Gahonon,, Vinzons Ave, Daet, 4600 Camarines Norte are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

  1. PhilGEPS Registration
  2. Mayor’s Permit
  3. BIR Registration
  4. Menu/Brochure

The bidders are required to pay Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur.  All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.

Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 1:30 in the Afternoon of  06 August  2018 at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-V, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
