REQUEST TO SUBMIT QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL & OIL FOR USE UNDER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PHILIPPINE RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (PRDP) AT ESTIMATED PROJECT COST AMOUNTING TO EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP80,000.00) PURSUANT TO ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT SPECIFICALLY SHOPPING UNDER SECTION 52.1 UNDER RA 9184 AND ITS REVISED IRR.
The Philippine Rural Development Project thru the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers/dealers to submit Quotation for the Supply and delivery of Fuel and Oil for use under the implementation of Philippine Rural Development Program (PRDP). The Project intends to apply the amount of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php80, 000.00) as the Estimated Project Cost.
As such, YU CHANG SHELL STATION, Pili, Camarines Sur; GERONIMO PETRON, Naga City, Camarines Sur; CALTEX GAS STATION, Pili, Camarines Sur; and all interested bidders are hereby requested to submit quotation with the following requirements and payment of P500 for bid documents:
- PhilGEPS Registration
- Mayor’s Permit
- DTI or SEC Registration
- BIR Registration
Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 9:30 in the morning of 19 December 2018 at DA Library, DA RFO-V, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time. All submitted documents must be in duplicate and addressed to the BAC Chairperson; otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.
