INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED CONTRACT   DUE TO TWO FAILED BIDDINGS

(Supply & delivery of 17 units Moisture Meter under 2018 Corn Program)

 

Pursuant to Section 53.1 of RA 9184 and its revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee  hereby invites the above-named suppliers/dealers  for a Conference for the purpose of Negotiated Procurement pertaining to the above named project as per attached pertinent documents for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting  to One Million Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php. 1,275,000.00)

During the Conference, the Bids and Awards Committee will entertain questions and address concerns which may be raised relative to the contract.

Please send your authorized representative on November 28, 2018 at 9:30 in the morning at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-5, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.
