The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Unit No. 5 (DA RFO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to submit complete bid quotation for

For use at Albay Breeding Station (ABS) in Cabangan Camalig Albay. The agency intends to apply the amount of One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Eight Pesos (Php 128,848.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract.
As per approved Purchase Request and considering the nature of requisition being not more than Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00) and in order to fast-track the implementation of the program, this procurement is facilitated thru Negotiated Procurement-Shopping under Section 52.1 of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.
As such, LOT 1 – PACIFICA AGRIVET, Pili Camarines Sur; GREENWORLD AGRIFARM CENTER, San Andres St. Brgy 706, Zone 077 Malate Manila; and TUBURAN UNITED FARMERS, Legazpi City, Albay;
LOT 2 – MTJ CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY, Poblacion, Camalig Albay; VICENTE DY ENTERPRISES INC, Daraga Albay; GALLEGO HARDWARE & CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY, San Roque Daraga, Albay are hereby requested to submit the following documents:
- PhilGEPS Registration
- Mayor’s Permit
- BIR Registration
The bidders are required to pay Php500.00 for bid documents to the Cashier’s Office, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur. All submitted documents must be in duplicate, otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements.
Sealed Bid must be received by BAC Secretariat, DA RFO 5 not later than 1:30 in the Afternoon of 19 November 2018 at DA Library, Research Building, DA RFO-5, Pili, Camarines Sur. Opening of quotation will be on the same date and time.
