INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED CONTRACT DUE TO TWO FAILED BIDDINGS

 Supply and Delivery of Various Supplies for use at AMAD & OAP under 2019 Various Market and Organic Agriculture Program

Pursuant to Section 53.1 of RA 9184 and its revised IRR, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby invites suppliers/dealers for a Conference for the purpose of Negotiated Procurement pertaining to the above named project as per attached pertinent documents for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Six Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Thirty-Eight Pesos (Php649,038.00).

An initial meeting for the negotiated procurement will be conducted on February 4, 2019 at 1:30 in the afternoon at DA Library, DA RFO –V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. During the Conference, the Bids and Awards Committee will entertain questions and address concerns which may be raised relative to the contract

A complete eligibility and technical documents, as well as the Financial Requirements, shall be submitted on February 12, 2019, 9:30 in the morning at BAC Secretariat’s Office, DA RFO-V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur. Submission of the aforesaid documents must be in duplicate.

As such, CRISTORA ENTERPRISES, Pasig City, RFK GEN. MDSE, Pili, Camarines Sur, BONINGS TRADING, Naga City and all other interested bidders are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

  1. Mayor’s Permit/ Business Permit
  2. Income/ Business Tax Return
  3. Omnibus Sworn Statement
  4. Philgeps Registration

The Department of Agriculture, Region 5 assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
